1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking
• Prices are listed in the displayed currency and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date: full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: non-refundable
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund

3. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify booking dates or tour packages are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Health and Safety

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if an activity is deemed unsafe for an individual.

5. Liability

Lapland Adventures is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to follow guide instructions and respect local environments and wildlife. We reserve the right to remove individuals from a tour without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Lapland Adventures and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved under Finnish jurisdiction.
